Oh darling buds of May, and Joonas Tuuri’s blossoming melodies! On the Jazz Federation tour we’ll find out, if the Million-streaming song November sounds different live and at summer’s doorstep.
Bassist Joonas Tuuri’s quartet enters the Jazz Federation tour season with fresh takes on contemporary jazz. The ensemble saw daylight in 2017, and ripened their first album until 2022. Dimensions came out on Eclipse Music label, and many of the melodic and catchy tracks made it into YouTube and Spotify playlists – November song even broke Million streamings on Spotify’s Coffee Table Jazz list.
